Applications
 Wet Classifier (Closed Circuit Mill, Abrasive, Powder Making)
: Controlled factors of "Wet Cyclone" are the centrifugal acceleration &
retention time etc, and the point of separation can be easily changed
by variation of these factors. Also, This conducts the sharp separation for
the range of abt. 5~500 micron.
Solid/Liquid Separation,Concentration
(Cooking Oil Filtration, FCC Oil Filtration System, Water Treatment)
: It can be used in substitute for the filter, centrifuge. The small-sized cyclone can
remove the corpuscle 5micron, the specific gravigy 1.6. It's not necessary to
waste the expendable articles and easily operated.
Degritting, Washing(Sand Washing, Removal of Juice impurities,
Pulp Production,Removal of Impurities on Chemical Process,
Ion Washing )
: It is possible to separate the particles which cannot be separated by screen.
(Removal of Impurities on Food process / Chemical Process, Sand Washing).
As for the mixture flour particles with same diameter, we can separate by means
of the difference of specific gravity.
Liquid/Liquid Separation
: Separation between liquid with a different specific gravity each.
(Oil/Water Separation, Butterfat Separation etc)
