High/Moderate Coolant Local Filter
This filtration system is designed to protect moderate and high pressure pumps. This system is intended for precision filtration at specific locations that requires high cleanliness rather than for filtration of centrally fed liquids. * Some models are directly connected to central pipes without a separate pump.
• Has been selected by major auto makers as a standard filtration system. • More than 200 units have been supplied to bear testimony to its stability. • Most of the sites where this system is installed have maintained NAS3 cleanliness.           *Cleanliness requirements for normal gravity pumps: NAS9 • This system has been proved for its performance in connection with the protection against     damage to rotary joint seals and the prevention of tool clogging. • This system does not consume filter paper nor require operating labor or power. • Further, it does not need regular repair and maintenance work. • This system is built of abrasion-resistant materials and will stay as long as a machine works. • A standard model performs at 20 micron and 98% filtration rate, but more precise models     operating at 5 microns and 1GU are also available. • This system can be directly connected to a central pipe that supplies to a machine    ; it is warranted for performance at a minimum inlet pressure of 1kg/cm2.
